Prohibited Services Policy
ClaspMarket, a product operated by Apex Labs LLC, is a non-custodial venue that connects buyers and sellers of digital products and custom services. To keep the marketplace safe and lawful, the following goods and services may not be listed, bought, sold, advertised, or distributed through ClaspMarket. This policy applies to everyone who uses the service.
1. Prohibited categories
You may not use ClaspMarket in connection with:
- Illegal goods or services, or anything that violates applicable law.
- Content or work that infringes intellectual property, trademark, or privacy rights, or that you do not have the right to sell.
- Malware, ransomware, exploits, stolen data or credentials, or anything fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to harm.
- Weapons, explosives, controlled substances or drugs, and other regulated goods.
- Adult or sexual content, including any content that sexualizes minors.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence.
- Dealings with sanctioned parties, sanctioned jurisdictions, or any sanctions evasion.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or circumvention of KYC/AML controls.
- Counterfeit items, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, and other deceptive financial practices.
- Anything the seller has no legal right to sell or distribute.
2. Enforcement
We may remove any listing or content, refuse or cancel orders, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the marketplace or its users. Because ClaspMarket is non-custodial, on-chain transactions that have already settled are irreversible.
3. Reporting violations
If you see something on ClaspMarket that violates this policy, please report it by emailing support@claspmarket.com.
